Demetris Alexiou is a chartered architect and the founder of DA. Demetris began his career in 2009 at Zaha Hadid Architects in London working on international projects primarily on residential developments, hotel resorts, towers and master-planning.

Demetris accredited Part 3 Architecture at the Architectural Association and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, UK Architects Registration Board, Cyprus Architects Association and Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber.

Alexia Alexiou

Alexia Alexiou is a project manager experienced in project planning and construction. Alexia begun her career in 2013 at Turner &Townsend in London with a demonstrated history in investment banking and real estate development in the UK and Cyprus.

Alexia is a Quantity Surveying graduate at the University of Reading, MSc Project and Enterprise Management at The Bartlett, UCL.
